Besides Self Adhesive Paper and Film products, Lintec is also has our own made Printing Machine. The latest one are Lintec Printing Machine 300 series (LPM 300 series).


INTERMITTENT LETTERPRESS :
LPM 300 iTP (Programmable Precision Inking Management)

LPM 300 iTP is a revolutionary label press in that its IP system digitally controls the ink supply volume. The digital ink volume control system has advantages in repeat jobs. An untrained operator can easily run this press with its IP System that dramatically reduces ink adjustment time. When the label is repeated printed, the IP System drastically increase productivity and minimize material consumtion by using previous printing data. Furthermore, the state of the art AR System (Optional) can benefit label converters to reduce ink adjustment time during set up for a new label by deducing ink volume data from the label pattern.

LPM 300 iT (Speed with Easy Operation)

The LPM 300 iT gives fast production efficiency with easy operation. The ISMC Feed System controls the servomotors independently at high speed and produces high quality labels. This improved performance result in simple and effective daily operation with newly added functions and setting modes.

LPM 300 GTP (The IP System Installed Model)

The ink volume is digitally controlled for high printing and reprinting quality for all types of label printing. AR System (Ink Adjustment Data Calculation System - Optional) installation will dramatically increase printing efficiency ; an unfamiliar operator will be able to run the press without trouble, high efficiency will be obtainable from skilled operators.

LPM 300 GT (The Standar Model LPM 300 Series)

Optimal roller layout and roller speeds are used and a special ghost prevention function (Patent Pending) is installed. This model provides high performance per unit cost.

In Line Option (Mighty Partner Adding Value to Label)
Optional units can be added to interlock with the high speed printing mode. They can be fitted to platform mounts common to all series.

●IP System (Computerized Ink Pre-set)

The ink volume is data processed; the obtained data is digitally displayed and also displayed in bar graph form. To adjust the ink volume, simply increase or decrease the bar height. Ink is precisely supplied via the individual ink transferring roller giving uniform quality reproduction.

The ink volume and the printed output can be monitored automatically and there is no need for special skills or experience. Fine adjustments to label reprints can be made quickly and easily from previous print area data stored in PC, which is loaded, calculated and saved in the AR System.

●AR System (Area Reading(Optional))
The special AR Software calculates the data for each color hue area from the original, i.e, be it: negative film; positive film; art work scanned data; monochrome or grayscale data (CIP3, 1bit TIFF). Then the calculated data is saved in a file for integral control of this data for reprinting purpose.

The data of each area of hue is displayed in bar graph form. This promotes simple and easy data alteration from a conventional computer screen, even for operators unfamiliar with printing. Furthermore, this system's one host computer can control external IP Systems.
Networking with external computers can provide the latest in online ink adjustment.

●ISMC System (Independent Servo Motor Control)
Each Servomotor which drives a printing station is precisely controlled with special software. As printing conditions change, machine speed, web feed speed and tensioning are optimally controlled.
