Self Adhesive Products (Label Structure)-1


Basicly, sticker or label materials are comprised of three component materials that are called as Face Materials (Paper or Film), Pressure Sensitive Adhesives (well known as glue), Paper or Film Release Liner. A variety of materials are available for each components depending on the purpose or application involved. A label suitable to the specific application requirements can be made by the proper combination of these three materials.

Face Material
It is important to choose what type of face material to use for label when choosing label materials from the aspect of adding value to the goods as well as for accurate product management. We have a wide selection of face materials that offer choice of color, texture and design as well as meeting heat, weather, and water resistance requirements for a broad range of special applications.
Based on our original surface treatment, we also provide a full line up of face materials that are compatible with diversified range of printing methods.

Pressure Sensitive Adhesive
Pressure Sensitive Adhesive are divided into three main categories of permanent adhesives (high peel), removable adhesives (low peel), restickable adhesives depending on whether the label needs to adhere permanently to products or goods, to be removed, or to be reusable once removed. In addition, pressure sensitive adhesives can be selected depending on the type of face material or substrate being used or on the applications such as frozen food surfaces water or heat resistance.

Paper or Film Release Liners
According to various conditions of use, paper and film release liners are required to have special properties, such as smooth surface, curl resistance, dimensional stability and die cutting ability during processing. LINTEC has a full line up of paper and film release liners to meet all of these requirements. A non polyethylene laminated type that can be recycled through the commonly used paper collection route is also available.
